‘REFER A FRIEND’ PROGRAM

Welcome to the Vegas Infinite Refer A Friend program where you can invite your friends to join the action at Vegas Infinite, and you’ll both earn rewards!

These terms and conditions apply to the Refer A Friend program and form part of our General Terms. We may change these terms and conditions (see Part A Section 3 of our General Terms) or amend or discontinue the Refer A Friend program at any time.

To Refer A Friend, you must:

(a)

log into your Player Account on the Website;

(b)

locate your unique friend referral code (“Referral Code”) via the ‘Refer a friend’ tab or button; and

(c)

share your Code with an eligible friend (“Referred Friend”) (please see the eligibility requirements for Referred Friends below).

What is meant by the "Group"?

Reference to the Group within this Privacy Notice means Flutter Entertainment plc and all or any of its direct or indirect subsidiary undertakings, joint venture partners, and their related companies wherever located in the world as may exist from time to time including, but not limited to, Paddy Power, Betfair, Timeform, Sportsbet, BetEasy, FanDuel, TVG, Adjarabet, Sky Betting and Gaming, PokerStars, Sisal, Junglee, Singular and FOX Bet.

How we collect your personal data

In order to provide you services, you will need to create a user account. When creating this user account, you will need to submit certain personal data such as your name, age, address and email. Additional information will also be required for you to utilize some of our services, such as your bank card details and ID card.

We also collect information about the transactions you make, including your gambling activity. We may collect personal data through surveys which we, or companies engaged by us for such purpose, undertake. In addition, we collect information about your use of our websites, mobile applications and services. You will receive rewards in your Player Account based on the number of redemptions of your Referral Code by Referred Friends. The rewards are as follows:

1 referral:

1x vanity bracelet

3 referrals:

1x vanity bracelet upgrade

10 referrals:

1x vanity bracelet upgrade

There is no limit on the number of times you may Refer A Friend, however you will not continue to accumulate rewards if you exceed the maximum number of referrals as stated above.

To be eligible as a Referred Friend, you must have:

(a)

a registered and verified Player Account; and

(b)

not previously redeemed a Referral Code for Refer A Friend or any other referral code as may be available as part of a promotion or via our affiliates from time to time.

Referred Friends can redeem Referral Codes via the ‘Redeem code’ tab or button within their Player Account on the Website.

6.

On redemption of a Referral Code, Referred Friends will receive a reward in their Player Account consisting of 1x vanity bracelet and 30,000 Chips.

7.

Rewards will be available in the Player Account of the referrer and Referred Friend immediately (or, in case of a delay, within 24 hours) upon the Referred Friend’s redemption of the relevant Referral Code.
